THE SECOND DAY STRAIGHT MUFC PLAYER OFFERED PRO TRIAL THIS TIME IN FRANCE WITH TROYES AC
MUFC had their second European professional exhibition game in 2 days in France with Ligue 1, Troyes AC in the main stadium, Stade de l'Aube.The day before the team had a hard-fought match in Anderlecht, Belgium then followed a 6-hour bus ride to Troyes, France.
In the first half, MUFC competed with the reserves and first team professional players were in the mix. The second half the team played the U19 Academy squad. The MUFC players were nervous playing against the seasoned pros, giving up 2 first-half goals and 0-2 half-time score.
The second half was a 1-1 draw verse the U19 Troyes AC. It was a competitive match and another great experience for the ambitious MUFC players.Again, a MUFC player was invited to a tryout with French Ligue 1 outfit. Details of the tryout will be announced after the tour.Today MUFC travels back to Belgium to rest for a Friday night match verse SK Londerzeel.
