COMPETITION

MUFC plays amateur, semi-pro, and professional club academies throughout Argentina and a tour in Chile. We make several trips to Buenos Aires to play premier league academies including Boca Jr.’s and River Plate. We compete against amateur, semi-pro, and professional club academies throughout Argentina. We play friendly games to dictate the level needed every week to satisfy our player development needs. We are not chasing a league trophy. Our trophy is getting our players to their next level of play.

Overview

Mendoza United FC has a balance of games with amateur and professional clubs for player development and showcasing talent. Teams in the academy have participated in league play, European pro tours, and exhibition professional, and amateur games.

Our teams have played friendlies against La Liga clubs’ B teams and U18s & 16’s (Division De Honor and Liga Nacional teams). We also played Division 3,4,5 and youth clubs in exhibition games.
