Path for Americans to a Professional European Playing Career

Our program's priority is to close the gap between American players' youth soccer experience and a European professional level.

We teach and develop American players' game intelligence and technical skills to play modern European football. We recruit quality players ages 14 to 24 who have great character, passion, attitudes, mentality, focus, and drive to reach their highest potential.

Our players' next stage of development is to compete with and against European professional players in small clubs, mainly in Eastern Europe. After one or more seasons of professional development, we advance our players to bigger clubs in Western Europe's second division, where there is significant financial growth.

We expect many of our players to sign professional contracts this winter transfer window, January - February 21, 2022.

Belgrade United F.C. is signing an agreement to partner with the Powerhouse Super League club in Western Serbia, FC Radnicki 1923 Kragujevac, in January 2022.

The Academy Director, Dejan Joksimovic, has the first pick of our under-19 players to sign with both the academy and first team. The following Super League clubs have shown interest in signing our players: F.C. Radnicki, F.C. Matalac, and F.C. Kolubara.

In November 2021, we traveled to Montenegro for a 10-day Pro Tour, competing against five professional first teams. We have a strong relationship with the coaching staff of the national team. We will have four players sign in Montenegro in January 2022.

On January 25, 2022, we will travel to Slovenia to compete against the top professional first teams. We expect more Americans to sign contracts with the best clubs this February.

Our Player Development model to advance Americans to a professional European player's career

Again, it is the starting point for our players to open the door to professional football in Europe. These Americans will advance to another club in the European Union before moving to a bigger western European second division team with significant financial growth.
